HONEYCOMB
GYMNASTICS (CO-ED/5-6 YEARS OLD/INSTRUCTOR-BASED CLASSES)
Instructor-based classes for children 5-6 years old. Each class features a warm up, group activity and core gymnastic instruction and progression weekly. All gymnastic events are incorporated into the weekly lesson plan. Honeycomb kids will continue to get more comfortable upside down as they practice rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and more.
Honeycomb 1- 5 year olds
Honeycomb 2- 6 year olds
Each class features a warm up, group activity and core gymnastic instruction and progression weekly. Students will learn proper technique for safe inversion and rolling while building core strength and developing greater spacial awareness.
Each class features an opening circle with song, warm up, group activity and complete instruction on spotting techniques of the skill(s) each week. Demonstrations and hands-on training with each parent and child team who attend class. This fun and dynamic class focuses on motor skill development in a gymnastic based environment. Your little Bees will be using balance beams, bars, vault, and trampolines too!
YELLOW JACKET SR
GYMNASTICS (CO-ED/7-8 YEARS OLD/INSTRUCTOR-BASED CLASSES)
Each class features a warm up, group activity and core gymnastics instruction and progression weekly. Yellow Jacket Sr. gymnasts will be introduced to many progressive training drills to gain confidence in skills such as front/back-walkovers, pullovers on bars, and dismounts from height. All JK gymnasts are taught in a growth-oriented environment where a student's current ability is not seen as the ultimate measure of his/her potential. Additional skills can be incorporated based on the progression of the students as a whole.
QUEEN BEES/BEE BOYS
GYMNASTICS (CO-ED/9-10 YEARS OLD/INSTRUCTOR-BASED CLASSES)
Each class features a warm up, group activity and core gymnastics instruction and progression weekly. Queen Bees will be introduced to many progressive training drills to gain confidence in higher level skills such as front/back handsprings, back hip circles on bars, and dismounts from height. Athletes in this class will use all four women's events as well as tumble trampoline to improve upon existing skills and learn new elements. Additional skills can be incorporated based on the progression of the students as a whole.
THE HIVE
GYMNASTICS (CO-ED/11-14 YEARS OLD/INSTRUCTOR-BASED CLASSES)
Instructor based classes for children 11-14 years old. Each class features a warm up, group activity and core gymnastics instruction and progression weekly. The Hive athletes will be introduced to many progressive training drills to gain confidence in higher level skills. Boys in this class will work on overall strength and conditioning including core strength and balance, agility and reaction time, flexibility and endurance. Instructors will lead students through a warm-up, calisthenics, obstacles, and stretches to increase their over-all fitness. These are not formal gymnastics classes, but children will utilize all of the gymnastics equipment while conditioning their bodies and minds. This class is a prerequisite for our JK Ninja classes.
Boys in this class will work on overall strength and conditioning including core strength and balance, agility and reaction time, flexibility and endurance. Instructors will lead students through a warm-up, calisthenics, obstacles, and stretches to increase their overall fitness. These are not formal gymnastics classes, but children will utilize all of the gymnastics equipment while conditioning their bodies and minds. This class is a prerequisite for our JK Ninja classes.

Super Heroes
STRENGTH, AGILITY, AND GYMNASTICS
(6 YEARS OLD)
Children in these classes will work on overall strength and conditioning including core strength and balance, agility and reaction time, flexibility and endurance. Instructors will lead students through a warm-up, exercises and stretches to increase their over-all fitness. These are not formal gymnastics classes, but children will utilize all of the gymnastics equipment while conditioning. This is an introductory class to the boys and girls bee strong classes.
GIRLS BEE STRONG I
STRENGTH, AGILITY, AND CONDITIONING
(7-8 YEARS OLD)
Girls in this class will work on overall strength and conditioning including core strength and balance, agility and reaction time, flexibility and endurance. Instructors will lead students through a warm-up, calisthenics, obstacles, and stretches to increase their over-all fitness. These are not formal gymnastics classes, but children will utilize all of the gymnastics equipment while conditioning their bodies and minds. This class is a prerequisite for our JK Ninja classes.
Girls in this class will work on overall strength and conditioning including core strength and balance, agility and reaction time, flexibility and endurance. This class stresses the importance of gaining strength and agility needed to perfect tumbling skills. While this is not a formal gymnastics class, gymnastics equipment is used each week to work on conditioning, body shapes, and strength. Additional skills can be incorporated based on the progression of the students as a whole. Gymnasts must have previous gymnastics experience and must request to be in this class.

This class will focus on advanced floor and trampoline tumbling such as front/back handsprings, back tucks, and more. The objective of this class is to build strength conditioning, and progression of tumbling awareness. Conditioning circuits will also be conducted using equipment. Students in this class will work on building strength, conditioning, and overall tumbling abilities. Skills will be taught based on the student's demonstrated progressions. Gymnasts must have previous gymnastics experience and must request to be in this class.
This class is ran based on the ninja concepts seen on American Ninja Warrior. Students in this class will work on strength, conditioning, balance, agility, and much more. These are not formal gymnastics classes, but gymnastics equipment will be utilized during training. Students must have taken a Bee Strong class and received an instructor's approval prior to enrolling in this class.
